Continental US Shipping Charges

We currently ship to the Continental United States via UPS. All shipping charges are based on the weight of the product(s) that are ordered and the destination "Ship To" zip code that they are being sent to. We calculate these costs by using UPS's online rate calculator and charge our customers the actual shipping costs and never charge any "handling fees".
Since we calculate based on the product weight and the ship to zip code, we cannot quote shipping charges until we have your delivery information. In order to see the shipping charges you will be charged, simply add whatever items that interest you into your shopping cart and go to checkout. You will then be asked for your delivery address and zip code. After you enter that information and sumbit, you will see what the freight charges will be. You can cancel your order at any time if the freight charge is not agreeable to you. Since all of our products are various sizes and weights and using UPS's rate calculator which bases costs based on zip code information, we cannot offer a standard "shipping table" indicating the freight costs.
International Shipping Charges
Currently, we do not ship outside of the Continental United States.
Sales Tax
Michigan residents will be subject to a 6% Sales Tax.
Guarantee / Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it (in new condition, please). We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchase price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow fourteen business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed.
Directions
When returning the item you purchased, please use the return form, which was sent in the box of your original purchase. Make sure to include your name, address, day time phone number and reason for the return or exchange. If the item being returned needs to be exchanged, make certain to include the style number of the item, size and color desired. We recommend that prior to making the exchange that you check our web site to make certain the item is still available.
